Terms of Use

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Nature of This Website

This website is a free service intended to assist homeowners in connecting with independent local service providers. It is not itself a pest-control contractor and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work.

Independent Providers

Providers are independent. Confirm service scope, prices, licensing, insurance, scheduling and warranties directly with the provider. Homeowners are responsible for verifying that a hired contractor has the necessary licenses and insurance.

Availability and Eligibility

Provider participation, service areas, accepted pest types, pricing and appointment availability vary. Contacting this site does not guarantee a connection, appointment, price or result. This offer is for residential properties such as houses, apartments and family homes; commercial buildings and mobile homes are not eligible.

Limitation and Updates

The site operator does not warrant or guarantee work performed by independent providers. Any service agreement is between homeowner and provider. These terms may be updated as practices change. Confirm these terms with the actual operator and applicable law before launch.
